Group Classes
*We have 9 State of the Art Merrithew Reformers
Our Reformer practice is rooted in the essence of Pilates: intentional movement, breath, control, alignment, strength, and a deep mind-body connection. Our training is grounded in Classical Reformer, giving us a strong foundation in the original exercises, principles, techniques, and system.
From that foundation, we take a contemporary, functional, and adaptable approach that meets the needs of group classes. We use thoughtful adjustments, creative variations, and the versatility of contemporary Reformers to make Pilates welcoming, accessible, and challenging for different bodies and abilities. We’re always learning and growing as instructors so we can create meaningful experiences that help you feel stronger, more connected, and more at home in your body, what Joseph Pilates called a “Return to Life.”

FITNESS CLASSES
Reformer Fitness combines the principles of Pilates alignment and technique with a contemporary, fitness-forward approach to the reformer. Expect a quicker pace, higher repetitions, and full-body conditioning using the reformer's springs and ropes for resistance training. Bands, balls, and other small equipment may make an appearance for an extra challenge and burn.

Lift: Strength Training (non-Reformer)
Lift is a full-body strength training class performed off the reformer using dumbbells. The perfect complement to Pilates, Lift helps you apply the core strength, alignment, and stability you've developed on the reformer to functional strength training. Build muscle, increase bone density, and gain confidence lifting weights while creating the ideal balance between Pilates and strength training.
