REFORMER PILATES (All Levels)

Our Reformer Pilates classes follow traditional Pilates principles and exercises, focusing on alignment and mindful movement. You will strengthen your core, improve posture, and build balanced muscles while having fun on the Reformer.

Perfect for beginners and experienced movers alike because the basics always work. New clients will learn foundational exercises, terminology, and proper setup while advanced movers can refine technique and explore deeper movement at their own pace.

REFORMER PILATES (Level 2)

Level 2 is a progressive, flow-based class that builds from familiar Basics into intermediate exercises that challenge your technique, coordination, and control.

This class is for anyone who feels comfortable on the Reformer and is ready to commit to next-level Pilates technique that deepens strength and muscle engagement to deliver real results.

To proceed to Level 2, we recommend completing 8–10 Reformer Pilates classes so you’re familiar with foundational exercises and Reformer settings (for example, recognizing footwork and setting up for long and short box).

REFORMER FITNESS (All Levels)

Reformer Fitness blends Pilates principles with a fitness-inspired approach. You will move through dynamic sequences with controlled resistance, and other fun props (think bands, balls and light weights), get a full-body workout that is both challenging and fun.

Appropriate for beginners and advanced movers alike (with our modification method). Everyone can find the right level of challenge while moving at their own pace.

REFORMER FITNESS (Level 2)

Level 2 takes Reformer Fitness up a notch with more complex sequences, faster transitions, and continuous flow.

This class is for clients who already feel comfortable on the Reformer and know the basic exercises and setup. You will move smoothly through higher-level variations while maintaining control, precision, and safety.

Inspired by Pilates Mat and Barre

TRR MIX


TRR MIX is a low-impact fusion Mat class inspired by Pilates and Barre. You will work strength, core, balance, and flow through sequences designed to sculpt, lengthen, and energize your entire body.

All levels are welcome. Options to modify or progress make this class approachable for beginners but challenging for experienced movers.
