5-hour cancellation window. Late cancellations (within 5 hours of class) are charged $12 + tax.
No-shows are charged $15 + tax or lose one class from their pass.
Emergency? Cancel class and email info@thefitnessroom.ca to request the fee be waived.

Our waitlist moves quickly, so please treat waitlisted classes like a confirmed booking. If your plans change and you can’t attend, be sure to remove yourself. If you are moved into a class from the waitlist, you’ll receive an email (or a text if you have a phone number on file).

If you’re new to Pilates, we recommend starting with a Pilates Basics class or registering for our 4-week Intro to Reformer series. These beginner-friendly Pilates classes focus on learning foundational Reformer exercises, proper form, and technique. We suggest attending at least 5+ Pilates Basics classes before progressing to Reformer Plus, and you should be familiar with the basic exercises by name before advancing.

Reformer Fitness classes are multi-level and open to all experience levels. Because this format is not strictly classical Pilates, it offers more variety and options than a traditional Reformer Plus class, making it a great choice for clients looking for a dynamic, full-body workout.
