Anna Townsend is a highly experienced fitness professional with over two decades in the industry. She began her career as a Group Exercise Instructor and Strength Training Coach in 2001 while attending Carleton University, and went on to become a Certified Personal Trainer in 2006 with Can-Fit-Pro. She spent several years as a personal trainer and manager with one of Canada’s largest fitness companies before stepping back in 2011 with the birth of her first child.

Her passion for teaching has continued to evolve over the years, and she brings a strong foundation in Pilates, Spin, Barre, Strength, and conditioning.

Group Fitness is Anna’s life’s work. She is deeply committed to growth, education, and creating classes and spaces that are life-changing. Helping clients build strength, confidence, and consistency in their training so they can live amazing lives. She is also passionate about training and developing Fitness Instructors and showing them the amazing life and purpose this career path creates.
