REFORMER FITNESS TRAINING
Reformer Fitness Training
Reformer Fitness is one of the most in-demand movement trends in boutique studios and fitness spaces worldwide. This training offers a modern, athletic approach to Reformer-based workouts—blending strength, control, and contemporary reformer exercises in a way that feels fresh, effective, and accessible.
This 20-hour training delivered over two weekends focuses on Pilates-inspired fitness on the Reformer. It is a contemporary, fitness-forward approach that draws inspiration from Pilates principles such as alignment, precision, control, and breath, while allowing greater freedom in sequencing, pacing, props, and athletic expression.
Led by Erika Ferguson, a movement educator with 20 years of teaching experience, this training combines extensive movement knowledge with real-world studio application. Erika brings a practical, grounded approach to teaching Reformer fitness classes that are engaging, safe, and aligned with current industry demand.
