Sydney Thor grew up with a strong passion for dance, which sparked her early love of movement. She discovered Pilates later on and was drawn to how it helped her feel strong, balanced, and deeply connected to her body in a new way, while also supporting the healing of long-standing injuries she had nearly given up on.

Now, she shares that experience with others through her teaching, helping clients build strength, awareness, and confidence in their own movement journey. Outside the studio, Sydney enjoys exploring the city with her dog and finding new ways to stay active.
